Sankarshan, Amit, Me & Parag with our (un)Award winning engineering effort - preventing a bulb to break from a 9 feet free fall! We were the first ones to break the bulb!

But hey… this was the only event we lost (besides the moon walker)… we won all others by a HUGE margin!

Me… just relaxing after the lunch… feeling too sleepy! lolz!

& when Snoopy left us…

Snoopy - 14th June 1991 - 25th Sept 2006
 
I have no words to express his demise from our family. Snoopy came to live with us as a “Pet Dog” but left as one of our dearest “Family Member”. All those years he spent with us were much more than memorable & i’m sure, now Bozo would be feeling very alone… with no one to bully!I’m about to create a special page for Snoopy. If you ever had a chance to see/meet/talk/touch/whatever about snoopy, i’d appreciate if you could type in a few words about your experience with him.I’d like to dedicate my Mixed doubles win to Snoopy. He has gone through hundreds of days when he used to sit alone in the house & we’d been gone playing Tennis.A promise i’d like to make to Snoopy - I’d never _get_ a “Pet Dog” again in future… but adopt a street dog & give him a new life! Always!

Love you Snoopy!

Rain rain go away…

Rain rain go away…
Take back the water on your way

Let the players volley & smash…
if nothing else, atleast let us do some ash!

…these were the exact lines everyone today was murmuring. The tennis tournament has been postponed for two weeks because of rains & another Inter Corporate event coming next week.

Though I guess it has given each of us more time to practise those smash’s & volleys, but had the event ended today, as scheduled… the night would have spent happily in partying!

Its too bad, I spent all the day waiting for my Quarter Finals & when the time came, rains washed away all the excitement! Coming back home at 6, drenched in water, driving 26 kms… leaves you with little energy to do anything else than make blog posts & respond to your emails!

Luckily, I had a dry extra T-shirt or I’d been sitting in the office in all wet clothes!

Some quick updates…

*1)* Uploaded MakuLabs v1.0 at http://makulabs.makuchaku.info. Thanks to OSWD

*2)* Got my bike fully serviced! Its one helluva machine & I totally love it!

*3)* Red Hat is now officially in Quarter Finals of the 1st Inter Information Technology, Lawn Tennis Championship Tournament 2006 & up next is Cognizant!

*4)* Watched Lage Raho Munna Bhai yesterday & its an amazing movie! Do watch it!

*4.5)* I’m feeling too sleepy!

*5)* Something is wrong with Orkut… its not letting me make any scraps & is dying on me! Either it hates me or i’m dreaming… [yawwn]!
